Barrel Project Rose 2017

Overview:

What better way to welcome the sunshine and preview a vintage of upcoming wine than with Pinot Noit’s little sister, Rose? This one is fresh and new, but comes from some of the oldest Pinot Noir vines on Ribbon Ridge. Take her (somewhat) seriously.

Profile:

A single barrel of the best Rose we’ve seen; full of strawberries and cream, rose hips, pink lemonade, and juicy fruit. Fresh, bright, refreshing, and oh-so-enticing on the patio.

Pairings:

Some of us might argue to drink this by itself, but it will also be amazing as an accompaniment to the sunshine, the grill, the pool, or even Thanksgiving dinner (if you can hold out that long).
