Legion of Pinot 2016

The 2016 Legion of Pinot is 100% Pinot Noir and represents one of the finest examples of Pinot Noir from one of Oregon’s oldest vineyards in the Willamette Valley, Ridgecrest Vineyards, on Ribbon Ridge AVA (established on July 1, 2005).

Legion of Pinot is all about bold wine, big oak, and complexity.  The 2016 vintage is no exception.  This is a unique blend of two different barrels from the same vineyard, but from two different clones Pinot Noir, found in neighboring blocks.  The fruit from each block was amazing alone, but put together, results were even more balanced.  Enjoy this remarkable blend, and see why we love Ribbon Ridge.
